BPO Practice Manager (across verticals)
My client is among the top 3 offshore BPO services providers in the world. They provide a broad range of services from customer relationship management, back office transaction processing to industry specific solutions.
A Practice Manager with BPO Operations + Transition + Solutioning experience is required to work within their existing portfolio of high profile clients who outsource many of their existing business process. These clients are seen as having great potential to further utilise the range of BPO offerings that they can provide and are continually developing. A domain expert with BPO experience is now sought to take advantage of these growth opportunities.
Key focus will be on developing and selling Business Process Outsourcing solutions around the domain processes.
Masters degree / MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years experience within your domain is required with corresponding experience of BPO. This will be along with a demonstrable record of working in a consultative role at a strategic level as a domain expert.
• Evidence of having led client projects in BPO services is essential, in conjunction with in-depth experience on Operations, Transition and Transformation.
• Experience of pre and post sales as domain lead/consultant, and a track record of leading teams through to the successful completion of deals
• Experience in having worked with combination of client, third party partners & vendors, onsite and offshore and shared services.
• Experience of leading discussions with multiple clients, building business cases, qualifying solutions and presenting them. Experience in due diligence and a good understanding of various BPO commercial models.
The Practice Manager will be expected to engage with the client operating at COO, CFO level and crucially Operational/business levels, also interfacing and working closely with staff and BDMs.
He/she will be comfortable in crafting, proposing and presenting BPO solutions at senior levels. Develop new business initiatives within clients and lead the sales coordinating pre-sales and bid teams. Matrix team management and experience of delivery through multiple channels is therefore essential.
The Practice Manager will operate in a consultative selling role creating awareness of the full range of service offerings with a view to selling these additional BPO offerings to their existing clients within the sector. You will be seen as the domain/content expert within the BFSI* vertical market. Working with existing BDMs at client sites you will capitalise on their relationships to sell strategically the full range of BPO service offerings. Once these solutions have been secured, the individual will be expected be available as a point of escalation at the client end as the project is going through the delivery process by the teams. Most clients are UK based but there will be occasional EMEA travel for European clients too.
