The Consulting Partner will be a key, senior member of the Consulting team. The Consulting Partner will be assigned to major Utilities clients, focused on building a strategic partnership and managing consulting delivery, growth and operations for the client accounts. The Consulting Partner is expected to identify and qualify new opportunities in the client accounts to meet revenue demands and ensure that budgets, profitability and timelines for client projects are achieved.

You have an enviable track record of delivering, managing and consulting on process led change.
You have a strong command on business or process led change.
Your consulting expertise and knowledge of the domain is excellent, and you are well versed in managing teams of consultants.
You are experienced at communicating with CxO/LOB Head level stakeholders and direct reports.

A major IT Services organisation experiencing large growth across Europe. They are looking to recruit SAP Program Managers to be based on customer site in the UK & parts of Europe.

Project or Programme management experience with a global, multi-install SAP implementation, upgrade and/or rollout experience (minimum 10 years of hands on SAP exp)

Demonstrated ability to consult with clients, including independently identifying client needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results

You will be the key person in the client’s Business Intelligence design and technical governance team. You will therefore be highly experienced in leading DW Architecture projects/programs for clients, directing client and 3rd party teams, as well as providing coaching and architecture solution covering ETL, Database, Industry Standards, OLAP. You will also be mentoring and coaching other team members in the design and architecture team.
